This policy describes how Well Diagnosis handles information. The site is a static informational publication at https://www.welldiagnosis.com, hosted on Vercel. It does not create accounts, accept lab-result uploads, process payments, or keep a customer database of well owners.

The pages do not ask for your name, street address, well depth, medical history, or payment information. There is no login form and no first-party analytics product in this application. If you email us, we receive whatever you put in that message. Use that channel for listing corrections, not for lab reports, unless we have asked for a specific correction.

Vercel, the host, may record ordinary request metadata needed to serve the site and keep it secure: IP address, user agent, requested path, referrer, and timestamps. That is infrastructure, not a mailing list. We do not use those logs to build a profile of your well or to sell lists of well owners.

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. If your browser stores a cookie from Vercel’s network for security or performance, that is the host’s cookie. We have not added Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics, or a similar first-party tracker to this application.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share hosting logs with advertisers. If a law or a valid legal process requires a disclosure of logs we can access, we would treat that as a legal obligation, not as marketing.

Most brand URLs on this site are official public pages, labeled application pending. SoftPro Water Systems is an approved program; those catalog links use SoftPro’s tracked URL, disclosed on the disclosure page. A click on a tracked link may tell that program that the visit came from Well Diagnosis. That program then has its own privacy policy.

Opening EPA, CDC, USGS, a state laboratory program, NSF, or a manufacturer catalog leaves Well Diagnosis. Those organizations collect information under their own rules.

These pages are written for adults who maintain a household well. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change. Last updated 2 September 2026.
